Lush's Karma Kream & Soap Review

Hiya Everyone!

So I've recently been going in and out of Lush lately and and am officially in love with their Karma scent! I had originally bought the lotion for my dad but I have been literally sneaking off with it because it smells so good. But lets get into it!

Now as I said it smells extremely good but the scent also stays with you along time which is a plus for me! Both products include -Orange
                                  -Patchouli
                                  -Pine
But the lotion also includes -Almond Oil
                                          -Coco Butter

Now I know these both are to be moisturizing but honestly I've had to reapply the lotion a few times through out the day as it did wear off but that's something I don't really mind doing. And the soap leaves a bit of residue on my skin which I absolutely hate when soaps do that. So I don't recommend the soap unless you really don't care about that problem as it does leave you smelling extremely good but it's not for me.

Now I will be repurchasing the lotion as I  don't mind reapplying it but I would recommend it for people who don't have dry skin as it doesn't help really. So if you're going for the smell alone like me then this is prefect.

Have you tried it? If you did how did you like and did you have any problems like me?
Comment and tell me!

Until next time,

Haul!! Sephora, Mac, Chanel & more!! Part 2

Hiya everyone!
So sorry about the late update. My brother had hogged the computer for days! Because of that I'm going to try to post twice today!

So lets get started!

Lets start with Foundations and Concealers!

Mac's Face and Body Foundation (C2): So I have been searching everywhere for this foundation but      finally realized that   it is not available in U.A.E so you would have to order it. Now I've tried this out and it is officially a holy grail product! I don't have any major spots on my face to cover up just uneven and dry skin so this is perfect!

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation (Fiji): Now this is for the days when I get the occasional breakout as it is a heavier coverage but doesn't feel it. I haven't tried this out for a full day but I did notice that after a few hours it was wearing off and clinging to some dry patches so we'll see about this.

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Compact (20 Beige): Ok so this was a mistake on my part, I had wanted the liquid  foundation but obviously my dad wouldn't have known that so I have no idea what to do with this as I've had  bad experiences with cream foundations so... Yeah...

Mac Select Moisture Cover Concealer (NC15): I have tried a lot of concealers but all of then tend to cling to dry patches but this once so I'm loving this! The only bad thing about this is you cant use it as an under eye concealer. It creases instantly even if you use a primer or powder! I would only recommend this if you have the same problems with dry spots but that's all its good for.

Mac Lustre Drops (Sun Rush): I have been loving mixing this with Face & Body and it just gives you a glow!! It looks just like liquid gold and is an amazing highlighter for those with a tan.

Now we have blushes and bronzers! My favorite!

Nars Bronzer (Laguna): So there's been a huge hype over this product so I had to add this to my list as Nars products are no longer available in U.A.E because of the names of a few products ;). I have only used this a few times but I absolutely love it! Bronzers tend to go orange on me so I'm extremely happy with it and I love using it to contour!

Soleil Tan De Chanel (63 Terre Ambre): Now this is another mistake on my part as I forgot to fully explain what I wanted but its alright because I love this to! I'm not usually into the glittery bronzers but it is so beautiful that I don't care!

Tarte 12 hour Amazonian Clay Blush (Tipsy): This is the most amazing blush ever! Its pigmented, long lasting and absolutely beautiful! You would think that an orange blush would stick out like a sore thumb but it gave a lovely natural flush.

Benefit Dandelion Blush & Lip Gloss sample: This is the cutest duo ever! I got it with my latest order from Sephora and I love the blush but can't really say the same for the lip gloss. It just has this smell that I can't stand and to have that right under my nose is a huge no no!

Last but not least
Eye Liner and Brushes!!

Mac Fluidline Gel Liner (Blacktrack): I've always been a fan of liquid eyeliners as they wouldn't transfer onto my lid through out the day so I was a little cautious to try this but can proudly say I honestly love this. It glides on like a dream and stays put all day that it is a must have product.

So I've been I need for some brushes so I bought the cutest set I could fine in Sephora. I bought the Rose Gold Collection and It is adorable!(the picture makes it look gold but I assure you that is rose gold.) So the set came with 5 brushes and they are soft like a dream! It includes a Stippling brush, Powder brush, Shadow brush, Smudge brush and an Eyeliner brush so basically an essentially brush kit.

Also I got a Mac brush (266) for my gel eyeliner but now I realize there was no need as the eyeliner brush in the sephora kit is way better.

That's all for now and until next time,
                Ayesha

Haul!! Sephora, Mac, Chanel & more!! Part 1

Hiya everyone!!

So as you can see i have a haul for you today. Now i went a little crazy in Mac and Sephora but can you really blame me? They just called to me and I couldn't resist! But any way as you can see i bought a lot of products that have been hyped up all over blogs and youtube, if you don't know I live in Dubai so a lot of products are not available to me or are ridiculously overpriced! So I co horsed my dad into bringing me these things from America on his latest trip there.I obviously had them shipped to where he was staying because knowing him he would have gotten everything wrong. :/

But anyway I thought I would share everything i got with you all! So lets get started!

Now these are my FAVORITE!!
Mac lipsticks in america cost about $14 -$15 each but here they cost about $25! I know so I had to stock up while I could.

So I'll start from left to right:

Russian Red (Matte) - Now I was a liitle skeptical about this one as I wasn't
sure how it would look with my skin tone but we'll see..

Please Me (Matte) - This shade is a kind of my lips but better shade and is a perfect everyday lipstick that would go with all skins tones.

Viva Glam Nicki (Satin) - I absolutely love this lipstick! It is just the perfect bubblegum pink lipstick that I had to have. Now they don't sell it here in U.A.E anymore but I'm sure you can still find it online somewhere.

Ravishing (Cremesheen) - Now this is my favorite lipstick out of all them!  I absolutely love everything orange and coral so this was perfect, but don't be afraid of the color it is actually really subtle when on.

Last but not least....

Snob (Satin) - This lipstick is absolutely perfect for people who have a yellow undertone or who have a tan! And also because it has a blue undertone it will make your teeth look whiter!! Plus!!

Next ( I know its Alot!) we have lip pencils!!

So I only got two lip liners as I don't tend to use them often. But you always will need a red lip pencils to pull off a bright red lip so picked one up and got another for a nude lip.

First I have a lip pencil from the new Hey Sailor collection in : Throw Me A Line! - I thought this would go perfect with Russian Red.

Next we have one from the permanent collection so you can pick it up any time! : In Synch - This is a perfect lip liner to achieve a nude lip by itself or worked with a lipstick.

Now I'm going to do Foundations, Blushes, Bronzers & Eyeliners in my next post because this Is wayyyy to long and I don't want to bore all of you.

Until next time,
 Ayesha

Elemis Skincare event!

Hello lovelies!

Now I went to an Elemis event a few weeks ago at Mirdiff City Center and it was absolutely lovely! They had an arrangement of food and mini facials available which I'm sure everyone including myself indulged in.
Anywho, back to the subject at hand there were skin analysis machines there that would tell you your skin type, any sun damage, and if you had any problem areas. Now, my results were that I had normal to dry skin and I need to exfoiliate more often. I was actually surprised to hear that I had hardly had any sun damage considering where I live! But I was always told to never look a gifted horse in mouth and I truly live by it!

Let's get back to the event ( I can never stay in task!) at the end if the event we were given a little goodie bag ! And I sure do love my goodie bags!!

As you can see it wasn't a large one but appreciated none the less.
It included: - A mini sized Pro-Collagen Marine Cream
                       - A mini sized of the Papaya Enzyme Peel. One of there best.

They also used these products in the mini facials they were giving so that was nice that they gave us those products to continue to use!

So that's all for now my lovelies and I'm am going to be trying out these products and will get back to yoou soon!!
                 Ayesha xoxo
